Directions to the San Luis Obispo Office

If Traveling North on Highway 101:
From Highway 101, take the Santa Rosa Street Exit (Highway 1 - Morro Bay Exit) and bear to your right and priceed until you come to the first stoplight, whcih will be on Santa Rosa Street. Turn left at this stop light and proceed approximately one block up Santa Rosa Street where you will see on your right an office complex bearing the name MORGAN STANLEY, at 755 Santa Rosa Street. Turn right off Santa Rosa Street into the parking lot. You will find plenty of free parking either under or behind the building. You will also find an elevator to take you to our office on the 3rd floor, Suite 310.

If Traveling South on Highway 101:
From Highway 101, take the Santa Rosa Street Exit (Highway 1 - Morro Bay Exit) and bear to your right and priceed until you come to the first stoplight, whcih will be on Santa Rosa Street. Turn right at this stop light and proceed approximately three blocks up Santa Rosa Street where you will see on your right an office complex bearing the name MORGAN STANLEY, at 755 Santa Rosa Street. Turn right off Santa Rosa Street into the parking lot. You will find plenty of free parking either under or behind the building. You will also find an elevator to take you to our office on the 3rd floor, Suite 310.







Directions to the Santa Maria Office

If Traveling North on Highway 101:
Take the Main Street Exit and turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Main Street. Proceed approximately 2 miles to Broadway Avenue, take a left on Broadway Avenue. Proceed approximately 200 yards to the entrace of the Town Center Shopping Center and take a right into the center. On your left, toward the end of the parking lot you will see the Hacienda Bank Building. You can park directly in front of the Bank and go to the second floor, Suite 200. There is an elevator in the lobby for your assistance.

If Traveling South on Highway 101:
Take the Main Street Exit and turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Main Street. Proceed approximately 2 miles to Broadway Avenue, take a left on Broadway Avenue. Proceed approximately 200 yards to the entrace of the Town Center Shopping Center and take a right into the center. On your left, toward the end of the parking lot you will see the Hacienda Bank Building. You can park directly in front of the Bank and go to the second floor, Suite 200. There is an elevator in the lobby for your assistance.
